Goalkeeper Paul Henderson may quit Valley Parade after the current campaign even though the Bantams are keen to keep him.
Only two months ago, the 28-year-old was reportedly a transfer target for Nottingham Forest but manager Colin Todd rubbished the claim.
City are also believed to be mulling over whether to snap up Paul Tierney for next season.
His loan spell from Manchester United is set to end in May.
