He resigned from his post on Wednesday but the club stress this should not stop the Bantams from fulfilling their fixtures when the new campaign starts in August.
City issued a statement saying:``Julian has provided significant commitment both financially and in terms of expertise to the administrators to date.
``The fact that he has resigned does not impact on the club's ability to play in the Coca-Cola Football League One next season.
``Julian has indicated that he is available to assist the administrators in an advisory capacity if so required and they are thankful for that.
``The joint administrators remain committed to finding a purchaser to take the club forward.''
