The Bantams have lost five of their last seven league outings to slip to 16th in League Two and could fall to 18th if midweek results go against them, but McCall believes his players can turn the corner at the weekend and has called on them to prove their commitment to the club.
"It's imperative that we win at Torquay next weekend and if that's putting added pressure on the players then so be it," he told the club's offiical website.
"We're paid to play football and I'm paid to manage the team. I'm well aware of the pressure and so are the players.
"The bottom line is that we've got to do down there and do whatever it takes to get a win."
