"The main part of my game is my speed and playing off someone," Kendall told the Telegraph & Argus. "Obviously James Hanson is the big man up front and would be an ideal partner, winning a lot in the air.
"The manager has told me he wants some fresh legs up front and bright energy and hopefully I can give him that.
"It's difficult at Hull because they are that tight to the bottom. It wasn't really the right time or place to take chances on young lads, so I've been waiting all season to come out on loan.
"This is a great move for me and I'll try to pay the manager back by scoring goals and winning games."
