The Bantams slipped to within five points of the relegation zone after losing their first game under Jackson at Gillingham, but successive wins since - against Rotherham last week and at Morecambe on Saturday - have eased the pressure.
Jackson said: "I was brought in to calm the ship and the two wins have done that. We're moving up the table and have opened the gap between us and the wrong end of the table, which is where we want to be."
The 49-year-old added: "We're certainly in a better position in the table than we were after the Gillingham match.
"Once again, all the players have to take the credit. They've been fantastic since day one and I'm really enjoying working with them."
