Bradford City boss Peter Taylor is pondering whether to give midfielder David Syers a full-time deal. The 21-year-old signed on non-contract terms on Tuesday 10 August and scored the equaliser in City's 2-1 win over Nottingham Forest in the Carling Cup.
The former Farsley and Harrogate Town man impressed Taylor during his debut.
"He can get goals and does a lot defensively that people don't see, so I promised him I'd make a decision by the end of the week," Taylor said.
