The Bantams' game at Aldershot last weekend was one of 10 npower League Two games lost to the weather, but the club expect conditions to improve by the end of this week.
City director Roger Owen said: "Despite lows of minus 10 over the last few nights, the pitch covers have done the job and the playing surface is in good condition.
"As things stand we don't intend moving snow off the playing surface until temperatures lift on Thursday.
"At the moment the forecast is for two days of better weather going into Saturday which is when our big push will come."
