New Bradford boss Peter Taylor will be without midfielder Omar Daley as he is doubtful with a hamstring injury.
Midfielder James O'Brien is still out as he continues to recover from a nose operation but Lee Bullock is fit and likely to start.
Bradford City midfielder Lee Bullock told BBC Radio Leeds:
"If you had told me at the start of the season that I'd play against an England manager's team in Sven Goran Eriksson and be managed by another one I'd never dream of that.
"They [Accrington] are above us in the league for a reason and we'll go there wanting three points but we'll give them maximum respect.
"There will be a raise in everyone's game after the new manager but we're still under pressure because we know we need to win matches."
